About Us

The Clean Keeper provides residential cleaning services across select South Auckland locations, including Clarks Beach, Waiau Pa, Patumahoe, Mauku, and Karaka.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

We offer the following services:

  • Weekly and fortnightly residential cleaning

  • One-off deep cleans

  • Move-out / end-of-lease cleans

  • Airbnb reset cleans

All services are quoted based on the information provided during onboarding. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before commencement.

Bookings & Start Dates

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a booking.

All new clients:

  1. Complete an onboarding form

  2. Are contacted to confirm scope, access, and timing

  3. Receive confirmation before a start date is locked in

We reserve the right to decline a booking if the service requested is outside our scope or service area.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are starting prices.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Property size and condition

  • Scope of work required

  • Frequency of service

Any pricing changes will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

If access is not available and we are unable to complete the service, a call-out fee may apply.

Cancellations & Changes

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Quality & Standards

We take pride in consistent, professional work.

If something has been missed or needs attention, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so it can be addressed promptly.

Health & Safety

For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or items that pose a risk.

Clients must ensure the home environment is safe for cleaning (including pets being secured where necessary).

Liability

While every care is taken, The Clean Keeper is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by faulty fixtures or fittings

Any concerns must be raised promptly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
